I don't know if I need to call this guy a Bummer. But he proudly messaged me showing how last time it took the admins over 3 yrs getting hold of all his multi's and blocked them.

ALL OF THESE CHARACTERS are registered with your email! You probably do not know that it is allowed to have up to 3 characters total?

The above it the list of his previous multi's which were blocked.
& As you can see most of his multis have a raghu in it, thats his real name.
So its totally upto you admin's to block him. Help him do whatever u want to him.
I totally find it insane that a guy is so dumb ass, that he can't even win gold in a single account in roulette lol He has made I don't know how manyt char just to send over gold all the above accounts have gift, loans transfers which were never returned & no one came to know about them either.
So please look into the matter, this ain't no small matter. & I myself don't know how many | more accounts of him are still unkown to me too. So please look into this matter.
