I was unfamiliar with rules in the past and I have some unreturned loans from 2009-05-21 to 2010-12-22 cos my friends dint claim for the money and i completely forgot to return but now I understand that loans must be returned being claimed or not.
Now I return to the game 2 years later and I want to be clean and be accepted by a Military Clan.
The characters involved with loans were T700 and Pingu_
after i logged in, I still had a debt with T700 of 30K gold and with Pingu_ of 55K gold. i returned them their loan but as i understand now, that i should have asked what to do from empire since time delay is more than one month.
The extract of the transfer log that shows loan not-returned-in-due-time are as follows:

after i started playing game again, i had a debt of around 85K gold, which i have returned now.
I want to be clean so I want to know if I return the money to the rightfull owner T700 and Pingu_ is correct or I must send the money to Empire.
Please tell me what to do, Im very sorry about this and now read and know the rules so this never will happen again.
Please dont impose a big penalty, I like this game and want to continue playing fair according the rules.
