2)Loans can ber for period of 5 days,10 days,20 days,1 month and 2 months duration
3)For loans of a month and 2 months interest rate =6%,7% respectively
4)If player returns,well and fine
5)If not returned,penalty = (loaned amount)*1.25 (just like rented arts return after 180 days)
6)Not more than 1 loan a month will be sanctioned

Also the maximum loan isCL*1000 gold so not too many negative gold and can be recovered in maximum time of a month i suppose?
And also a point that i wanted to add was that people with negative balance cannot.
enroll and MC quests are great way to earn money.

Many roulette players does ask loans and never pay back what they've ask for.
Because they don't want to, or because they've lost on roulette again, whatever is the reason. With this idea the gape of gold penalty will increase drastically, which means more roulette players will ask money, and more people will lose their money, and get upset and even left the game, because they've loaned and didn't received it back. (kids does that.)
Also, with this new system, will triplicate admins/staff work. If the things aren't anything great right now, can you imagine with a lot of fines to do, loan penalties to apply, time monitoring (If they don't make a program to do so.) etc? Things will truly goes crazy and insane.
So you're suggesting something, that would make people leave the game, make things even more chaotic, increase staff work, and make people who loves lost money, lose even more.
It's noy my phase, but it was something like that. "If you're not a roulette players, you'll never need any loan, the game mechanics adjust to you have access of everything, if you plan ahead." |

i dont see any increase in staff work if the loan penalties are programmed automatically
it'll probably decrease the work since admins dont have to give penalty one by one
although some roulette junkies might end up quitting the game, some might have to donate to get out of the penalty, which gives more contribution to this game |

Agreed, but again it is not a compulsion to take loans from empire only =)
And I don't think people will be willing to loan to people who are already in debt to empire or having negative gold =)
And I think the loan transactions from empire(should it be implied) should also be included in transfer log |

Once loan taken, and gambled, and kid now just leave account with loan penalty, make new account,and take loan again. And so on..
There is no guarantie about that, they will pay it back.
As well, he just make BOW and thats it..
There will be many blocked accounts with -XXXXXX golds. |
