There are two possible ways of limiting the incoming PMs to the mailbox. The first is to only allow players of certain levels to send PMs. The other is to block individual players.
Players sometimes need to be contacted regarding actions they do in the game or regarding something they write in the forum. In some rare cases they even write questions in PMs that can't be answered.
My suggestion is to make it possible for members in official clans to override the blocks for PMs. |
