Authorracial level hasn't lbeen upgraded

I should be level 4 racial barbarian with 190 but I am still level 3

You have to do a battle as barbarian where you get a small amount of fsp in order to get the new fsp :).
SO do a fast battle, even lose will give you the new faction level.
