That fact that the spell says it missed is odd.
Having said that, even if the spell did hit, it wouldn't have eliminated the phantom because it wouldn't have dealt any damage. Maybe a change of wording (so it says that it dealt 0 damage) would be a good idea, but it isn't going to change the outcome of any battles. |
