There are new estates for sale in Crystal Garden. Empire is as usual selling them in auctions.

https://www.lordswm.com/auction.php?cat=dom&sort=0&art_type=sec_24 | For the people that do not know yet, while the estates are on the market, they do not have an ID yet. First of the estates that is sold gets the lowest ID and the one sold last gets the highest ID.
If you make a bit and someone outbids you during the last 5 minutes of the auction time, the auction will automatically extend by another 5 minutes. Thus all the other estates will be sold before yours, and you are stuck with some high end ID that will appear at the bottom of the estate list and is completely useless.
so IF you decide to buy one, make sure your auction does not go in overtime. | Got one of the cheapest estates from this auction (only 2.06M) while having the lowest estate ID :D :D :)
