Hi all my suggestion is penalties for afks like:
For first time 1 gold its attention
Second time is 500 gold penalty
Third time 1000 gold penalty
4th time 5000 gold penalty!
And for 5th time dont allow this player play in team for a week! | Players who go AFK several time's get reported and get a gold punishment.
So what you suggest, already exists.
