Author | Recycle bin for items |
There should build a recycle bin centre , at the wilderness or somewhere , containing all discarded items from all players for 1-2 days .
So that u may pick back your misclick discarded items , or useful items which discarded by others . |
Players can do illegal transfers using this
one may discard an useful item and other may pick up
And it will be financial assistance |
OP is right -1 :) |
Believe me, nobody is going to throw away rare items for you to repair. ;) |
This idea can be improved to.
If a character discarded one time by mistake..
He can recover the item from his inventory in 15 mins of discarding |
After clicking *discard* it asks you a question ok\cancel..
So no need i think..? |

I think no one looks at the confirmation box , just like no one looks at confirmation box of MG |
yep , i got this idea after discarded a new full armor 75/75 :(((
that question ok\cancel should be last longer than 3 seconds |
that question ok\cancel should be last longer than 3 seconds
It already lasts till you click 'ok' or 'cancel' , so whats wrong there? |
no , it doesn't last for more than 0.1 second :(
how should empire return a new full armor to me? :P |
Dont play drunk/high/after a breakup/in a hurry
-1 :P |
+1
nice idea, reusing things that people throw away is nice in real life, would be nice in LWM too, but I don't think admins want to encourage such financial change here.
As for illegal transfers, people have to stop using this as an excuse to new ideas suggested, because rules apply on almost all new changes. Rules are set so that cheaters get punished, not so that the economy of the game stops changing. |
there is already one precaution for (heavy) enhanced items.. if they have dura, they simply dont have any discard option.
maybe this can be extended to cover full dura shop arts as well. |
-1: It can (and will) be abused.
If a common bin for everyone, then it will be used to (illegally) transfer items between players.
Even if we'd have "personal" bins, it can be abused to keep more arts than your inventory allows it, by rotatingly deleting arts from inventory to be placed in the bin, and then recovering them afterwards before they will be permanently purged, while placing other arts in the bin.
It did happen to me too to make misclicks, but the solution is not to introduce new safeguards at every step. Not only it becomes too cumbersome (imagine yourself walking, and asking yourself at each step if you should put your foot down or not since a hole may open in the ground and swallow you up -- you'll never make it to school anymore).
But moreover, it would be pointless, human nature is predisposed to habit mistakes. Take for example posting items on the market. Don't they ask you to confirm, re-confirm, re-re-confirm? 3 times... and yet just in the habit of keep pressing OK, OK, OK, I personally confess that I still put wrong items on the market, either wrong item, or wrong price, or wrong time, etc...
The only solution is: there is no fail proof solution. |
no , it doesn't last for more than 0.1 second

I knew this problem and therefore said that If a character discarded one time by mistake..
