according to rules 1 person can have 3 accounts but it should be well mentioned which is main and which are additionals. |

The player is not new. He is an high level player of this game. Creating some new accounts to annoy players in gamble(as gamble level 0).
(He just target some player whoever decline to play with him for his level 15 gamble.)
