I was engaged in an Alec's Challenge battle and used through shot on enemy units.
I was surprised to see that the several enemy units were not damaged.
Since they were enemy units surrounding an enemy Battlemagi, I can only imagine that the enemy units instance of Careful Aim was effecting my through shot.
This would seem to be Not Working As Intended.
