the chances of getting an element or an artifact is random....but how random?
so my suggestion is witch every HG or MG task..there should be a drop % chance indicated
this % can vary from hunt difficulty to difficulty
so in high % drop chances the player may not pass by that challenge incase if its hard
also since we dont know what we are getting there will be no harm to the overall existing system |
The formula is known. In MG, it's 20% for single drops. In HG, I'm not sure, but I think it's 1% per HG level. |
I thought that with hunts it's 3% + 1% per level. It would be nice if it's mentioned somewhere though. |

HG : Hunter art looting chance 3%+(HG Lvl)% |
yes i know that there is a fixed drop rate chance
say in 7 battles i have a chance to loot 1 artifact
within these 7 battles :-
battle 1- 20% chance of drop
battle 2-27% chance of drop
battle 3-80% chance of drop
battle 4-85% chance of drop
battle 5-35% chance of drop
battle 6- 5% chance of drop
battle 7-45% chance of drop
now say here the 85% chance drop is a very difficult hunt.....so since i know its a good chance to loot and artifact i may not pass by that hunt
similarly incase of battle 6 where drop chance is very less i may pass by that hunt
this will give more clarity in choosing a hunt based on a good reward.....especially at higher lvls where hunt is difficult and comes with limited reward |

your drop rate example are too absurd.
too much hunt arts drop and then the price will fall sharp.
higher number of hunted creature already provide larger gold reward.
no need additional drop chance. |
