| It says in demolished tower in the castle that it allows to recruit from 9 ghosts upwards, yet even when i put all troops to zero and then put ghosts max it only allows me to recruit 7? |
You should have already got them. To verify decrease skellies and zombies count to zero and raise ghosts count. It is built earlier and you should have forgot the change.

As far as I remember, earlier on Necro recruits were higher, especially ghosts on earlier levels. However, since many Russians buy DU, Necro is overpowered before Level 5 even with only 7 ghosts with most of the MT winners at those levels being Necros. |
