Regular tournaments, facility defenses, events and so on.

Normal wages are not enough to run this game properly. So many players out of gold to do daily activities even.

So, It is right time to think about wages improvement.


If gold drain out, players get only frustration to do or just quit the game for long.

This is not up to players to ask.

4. Any idea should have a purpose and describe the means of it's realization. It should also answer the question: "Why it needs to be done?".

Your "Why" is that there are many events. Why are there many events? To keep us occupied and to make us donate. No need to ask for more wage. Lab more and you'll get more per enroll.
