The current situation is dire. The Knight Hero makes some really stupid choices in auto-battle. With Expert Darkness Magic, refuses to cast Berserk, refuses to cast Blind. Instead? Confusion on 8 Patriarchs. What does that do, exactly? Instead, Confusion on 40+ Dwarven Ursary makes more sense. Then, on next turn, casts Confusion on 4 Cyclops! 4! Whatever that did to 8 Patriarchs, this was only half as effective. Useless! And as to units? Cleric casts Stoneskin on allied Skeletal Bowmen unit, which is not even in direct physical combat. Why not on one of the units out in the battlefield taking damage? Or Bless, or Rapid? Stoneskin does very little for this unit.

This is only one example. Magic-Using Knight, I prefer as it is very effective and can be very powerful. But turn over control, and suddenly it is one of the worst players in the game.
Bah, the only right point here made is the lack of usage of blind/berserk, the rest are just your bad play.

Read confusion spell description, it's best debuff for shooters. Though I would agree that it did nothing much to patriarchs (since they are spellcasters) and 4 cyclops aren't dangerous compared to rest units.

Anyway, try mass spells next time if you go dark knight and don't pick defensive tactics, your troops stood there while the rest of the team was getting slaughtered.
