Normal hunt waiting time is 1 hour.
Combat level 3 and below = half waiting time.
Morning of server time (00:00 to 09:00 or 10:00? )reduce an other half.
If you purchase ABC, waiting reduce again 30%.

During 00.00 to 08.00 20 mins - Passby 10 mins

A: In daytime (08:00 - 00:00 server time) neutral creatures appear every 40 minutes, while in nighttime (00:00 - 08:00) - twice as often. If you pass by a group of creatures, you will shorten the waiting time until the next encounter by 50% . Moving between the locations of the Empire has the same effect as "to pass by". For characters of combat level 1-2, neutral creatures appear every 5 minutes in daytime and every 2.5 minutes in nighttime. For characters of combat level 3, it is 10 and 5 minutes respectively. It would be really boring to play only hunts. In ohter hand new players can discover a game (guilds, card game, forums, roulette) between hunts instead just playing only hunts and get bored and in the end leave the game |

No, I would also participate in duels, group combats, mercenaries guild's quest and others so I propably wouldn't be bored :)
40 minutes is definitely too much, they should reduce basic waiting time to 20 or less |

Believe me, after you play some more time, between MG, WG, PvP, etc, you wont have enough time to do everything. :))
And you will think 40 Mins is not that long of a wait.
But if you still think it is, you can always buy ABC or Hunter License as they said before. |
40 mins is nothing compared to the 1 hour waiting time if you fail a TG :D now that is a killer :D
but as mentioned there is a few ways to hunt more but all are quite expencive for someone who is new to the game. |
