Please welcome the new summer promotion, brought to you by the Labourers’ Guild in cooperation with the Empire!
Throughout June the Labourers’ Guild will pay handsome bonuses to each Lord and Lady who wins at least two battles in-between their enrollments (and receives faction skill points for them). Every time you meet this requirement, your wage will increase by +2%, up to a maximum of +50%. If not, it will reset to 0% (your normal base wage).
For example, if you enroll 10 times today and 5 times tomorrow, winning two or more battles in between each two enrollments, you will accumulate a bonus of +30%. With a base wage of 500 gold you would be earning 650 gold hourly. After 10 more enrollments and meeting the promotion requirement, you would be earning 750 gold hourly.
