i have no idea who he is, but i dont see any illegal transfer.
all those art he transfered was sold. Received 290000 Gold from -_KRUZEYRO
the element and taskmasteraxe was for enchant
his faction lvl is because u can recive fsp in chests and since he have donated alot! he got alot of chests.
so my guess is that its just a rich russian or someone whit a stolen card. (if the card is stolen he will get banned soon)
and about gift limit, Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
so that means he can gift alot! |
