I've know "Smart" people that are mentally slower when it comes to concepts, or moving in life in general.
IMHO your Upbringing/Education decides big part of what you are mentally. |

Yeah I know what you mean, well even normal IQ tests are not too good indicators of one's intelligence, they only indicate certain sections of one's intelligence. |
