Author[Update] The average skill level
According to this message:

UPDATED average skill level to the actual values for balancing the characters of growth (the average value rose by about half at all levels).

Characters from the third level at which the total ability of fractions is significantly higher than the average player's same level, will be in all the battles . give more experience

Characters from the third level at which the total skill fractions significantly lower than the average player's same level, in all the battles will give more abilities.

X - the average skill level.
the y - the amount of skills a player.

If y> X * 1.6 player will receive an extra bonus experience
When Y <X / 1.6 player will receive an extra bonus skills

So now it is much more difficult to be pumped ;)
So what are these X and Y values for each lvl?
Ok so Y is our total fsp
but what are these X values?
IDK but yesterday I was 161% of average skill and got 37% additional fsp or so and today I get nothing ^_^
yesterday I was 161% of average skil
How did you calculate you were 161% of avg skill?
So what are these X and Y values for each lvl?
- The average amount of FSP Players have at a specific CL.
- The FSP the Player you looking at has.
You normally compare these in order to see whether you are "Pumped", you are "In the Average", or are really really behind in terms of total FSP compared to others of your CL.

The System tries to "Push" you away from that CL if it sees you are "Pumped", maybe because it considers you would have a huge advantage against other Players in PvP (Because you have more total FSP, thus more FSL, so more Stats for your Monsters), or maybe Balance "Farmers" from people who just GB (Which normally have terrible total FSP, like me :P).
(You probably knew this part tho)

Now what they did is to put higher the Limit in which they consider you to be "Pumped".
... And Im very very against this, it promotes "Farmers" and encourages PvEing even more.
Facepalm... xD

This site used to give good info about your fsp and pumping or pimping but now need to be updated
Oh...Now they only awaken!!?? They are so lack of knowledge of this game..Last time they set their own standard without doing some research/statistic to determine the "average"

Now they only realized that they are TONS of overpumped character? Like my CL, they are alot very high FSP , its even 30-50% more than mine , yet they still have a lot exp to go for the next CL

fail....fail....fail.........
So, they benefir people who Farm FSP, or benefit those who are behind?
They rise the limit in which you are Pumped, or rise the average FSP?

Havent quite understood 100%, hopefully someone translates the original text.
Now they only realized that they are TONS of overpumped character?
Totally agree Tbh.
You can see in a same CL people with poor FSP, and others with almost x1.5 their total FSP.
Does it mean that they updated the practical values in the game or just the information so we now have an accurate source?

for moro888:
hush dude.
Now I see why untill yesterday I was getting 5,9k exp and 1,76 sp at TG and today the exp has become a bit above 200 less and the sp 0,02-0,03 more. Let's see the difference in WG later tonight. Since I only recently reached this combat level I was only 5% buffed but now I'm getting slightly less exp and slightly more sp, so the buff does not work anymore.
In other words those with less sp will gain more sp, buffed ones will get less exp and sp, so in a few years all will practicly become same in any combat level, meaning no more overpumped characters. So all the hard work those people put in gets thrown in the trash just like that, due to this I see a lot of those people if not all quitting this game in the near future. Bravo admin for also making the chests of abundance way better to get as much as possible out of it during the period before the curtain closes. Smart.

I don't understand what changed. I thought it used to be that way, or is it the pumped threshold? 1,6 doesn't look unfamiliar to me. Or is it that people with really low fsp are given extra fsp per battle instead of less exp?

I'm with slust here, can someone clarify what exactly is new? :D
The new thing is that as of today players with more sp than the average player in their level will get more exp. And players with less sp will get more sp. But somehow the more exp does not seem to work as every majorly buffed player is getting less exp than yesterday. In my case as of today my 5% buff exp has been cut off.
Admins reasoning for this update is that this way after some time all players will be balanced out and will be almost the same in each combat level so even new players will have a chance in pvp instead of getting knocked around by buffed players.

@virtual_vitrea, you illustrate that you find my posts negative but what's your point?
The new thing is that as of today players with more sp than the average player in their level will get more exp. And players with less sp will get more sp.
Ooh, Ok Ty.
But the more exp isn't working or they explained it wrong. Just did WG and both 3 stars gave me exactly 8566 exp and 5.66 sp, it was 8833 exp and around 5.22-5.5 sp before the update. So just like TG I get slightly more sp but less exp. If the more exp will not work then this will result into needing to do more battles to level up than before while netting even more sp from these 'extra' battles, looks counter productive or a fix will be coming.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
