Hi Team,
Myself and my brother play this game, we were away from the game for a long time and when we tried to login my brother's account it says it's blocked and when i try check his transfer log its written in Russian and the translation says some password has been entered in fake site. what does fake site mean ?.Can i get more details on reasons for blocking the character and how i can get it unblocked.

| Means he put his password into a website that isn't LWM to try and probably get free gold or something and they stole his password. It's called phishing |
| Why would you think so ? may be someone tried to hack his account because we are away for long. Btw why would he be blocked for that ? how do i get it unblocked ? |

We're part of the game for almost 8 years. Now it feels bad to get blocked for something that he didn't intend to do.
There was not much activity in the last 2 years from my Bro's account. So, we're not sure how it got attacked.
