Currently tournaments are capped by victories. My idea is to remove the cap and allow to enter the battles even after 15 victories reach if player wants it.
Why not just do regular CG?
Maybe because the tournament atmosphere attracts many more competitors, instead of CG where very few do duels
and i thin tournament gives more variety of opponents, nice battlefioeld without obstacles and better fsp
But then on what basis prize will be distributed?
As it is distributed know.
15+ victories and 90% gold
15+ 80% silver
15+ 60% bronze

So currently if you have 4 defeats and 15 victories you have 78% and your tourney is over. My suggestion is to allow enter the tourney after 15 victories reached. so after another battle that payer could win and get 16/20=>80% or lose 15/20=>75%
Also make minimum win rate for bronze and award the prize for players who reaches 60% or 70%. Cause now its easy to get PVP achievement for everyone easily while it used to be something special in past. For example on last tourney one CL16 player was awarded with bronze for being defeated 60 times to reach 15 victories.

While we would all like to think that tournaments show just skill, the truth is the raw stats of a character are just, if not often, more important. This means that being able to afford two rings of cold are a significant advantage, being at a high FL for your main is a must. Providing a reward for being able to reach a certain number of wins provides an actual incentive to join when you know you will not be able to compete with some, if not many of your opponents. For example at CL 15, most will start CL 15 at FL10/11 while most will finish it at FL11/12. If winning it was the only point, then many would just not join in when they are new to a level as they would be unlikely to compete. This would mean less opponents for those that do join (particularly less easy opponents to walk all over and feel smug about it).

I know this from the side of the losing party, joining in at FL10 and no rings of cold, knowing full well there would be many battles where even if I outplayed my opponent, I was going to lose as I just could not do enough damage to his two FL advantage and +10 defence advantage from rings of cold (well +6 if compared to wearing the next highest defence rings available). Still I joined in and gave people wins, while without any incentive I perhaps wouldn;t. While I definately think the top spots should be rewarded, persistence has value as well.
