The inexplicable natural phenomena that shrouds the research expedition camp seem in no hurry to disperse. Not that this is hindering the magical experiments too much or presenting particularly tough battles for the Empire’s defenders, but the party is sensing a kind of foreboding. Seeing how the elements and the metamorphoses have begun to trickle through to our side of the Portal of Time, many folks are getting worried, and the most superstitious ones are already struck with fear, though not panicking yet. The world around us seems to be undergoing miraculous changes. From the alignment of forces to creatures making up those forces, everything is looking a tiny bit different…
Dear Lords and Ladies, interfering with the past has brought more miraculous changes upon us. It has tweaked the balance of forces and even altered some factions’ creatures completely:
1. Shadow Barbarians now fight with four new upgraded creatures in place of previous ones: Hyena Riders, Ogre Shamans, Cyclops Shamans, and Cursed Behemoths.
   
2. Tamer Dark Elves now summon Shadow Eyes instead of Evil Eyes. They also summon Trolls in larger numbers than before.
3. The shop artifacts Staff of Eclipse and Helmet of Twilight now increase the wearer’s Initiative. Jackboots of twilight, Necklace of ultimate truth and Armour of twilight now increase the wearer’s Initiative more than before.
4. The "Hellfire talent" now deals physical type of damage, and no longer caps the amount of damage dealt.
5. Units with the "Transporter" ability now return to their original tile after transporting an allied unit.
6. The recruiting numbers of many factions have been tweaked. We encourage all of you to visit the Recruiting page and check and update your army numbers. If your faction and CL have been affected, for technical reasons your saved recruiting templates have been reset. |
