Minor tournament
This tournament features 1 vs 1 duel challenges. During the tournament, two characters can face each other in the Arena only once. Each victory grants 1 point. Defeats or draws do not yield points.

That means that 2 players shouldn't meet in same tournament more than once.

This probably is because this is minor plus tournament and not minor tournament. It might be possible that the unwritten definition of minor tournament plus includes the concept of more than one meeting.
