Authorinterest in loans
https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=6855471
his desc says in russian that he gives out loans in exchange for arts which is highly illegal as i remember
Have you got an example of this transaction? From google translate it says he is holding their art as security - which is not interest as he will more than likely give it back.

5. When lodging a complaint, make sure to provide relevant links such as a battle log, the nickname of the player you are reporting, an excerpt from the transfer log, etc.
i am half russian, and his desc say i give gold for arts in zalog, zalog is interest meaning he works like a pawn shop, you give him arts,he gives you a loan. you give loan back,he gives you artifact back. i dont really have any examples of that happening in his transfer log... but, isnt it still against the rules if he offers something like that? because if not,i will also offer loans against arts in my desc. dunnot assume google translate says, either get it translated properly by a russian person or forward it to one. it is not really one of those sentences that can be translated in several ways or be misunderstood
you give loan back,he gives you artifact back

rules only state that you cannot make profit out of loans.

That means that if he asks an artifact as a mean of "secure" the payback, but he receives the exact same amount as he gave out, (not more),and he hasn't used the artifacts meanwhile, he is not breaking rules.

It's a different story if he is charging interests or using the artifacts while they are in his possession. In that case,

make sure to provide relevant links such as a battle log, the nickname of the player you are reporting, an excerpt from the transfer log, etc.
so what you say is i can start a business of giving out loans for artifacts. and if they dont return it in time,i am able to keep it?
yes, it is just like buying an art from the other guy temporarily, no rules broken in this.

there is a difference between asking for a security as a mean to coerce people into paying back what they own you, and making masked profits.

Of course, if you agree with a person about giving you an art against a loan, and he can't repay you, you could keep the art. BUT, in this case, you must be sure that the value of the artifact is not beyond what you loaned.

If you lend 1k gold and receive a rare art as security, you can't just say "oh, since they didn't pay back in time, i'll just keep it". Because the value of said artifact is far beyond what you gave them. In that case, you will have 2 solutions:

1) pay the difference to the character that sent it to you,

2) sell it, and pay the difference to the character that sent it to you.

And of course, in both cases, you need to find an agreement with him beforehand. .
