Meshy you are being way to nit picky with that ban. he showed the transfer log of the person he believes broke the rules that is enough relevant information for the kind of incident he is reporting

There are transfers to different people, the reason why he got the warning ban is because he should make it clear to whom the transfer is illegal to.
I suspect it's only the first person, but unsure whether the 2nd is a multi too
