Good question. What you mentioned happened to me.
I clicked at 100 battles before thinking everybody would click at that time as well, but it was too early apparently, and I landed 40 - 50 battles before :p |

Maybe you can try to calculate how many battles per 5-10 seconds people do, by opening the Battles tab and checking numbers before n after refreshing after 5-10 seconds.
But you gotta consider that maybe people are aware of hamster coming, so behaviour/rate changes.
I know I won't get it, but it's exciting to think so))
Hopefully if a .com doesn't get it, at least it doesn't land in a battle of a CL 3 player.

Looking at the battle log, it seems the rate at the moment is about 7-10 per second.
This is going to shoot up close to the time if a lot of .commers are trying to battle at once.
The problem I see is there will be a delay between when you can scan to find the battle number and then click to go into battle. The refresh on the daily hamster page is too slow to be of use close to the time, so just gotta try and get lucky.

battle refresh page stalled with 300 to go. Couldn;t reload, so had to guess and missed by a good 90 battles.
No .commer got him :( |
