Hello,
By FFA PvP, I mean clan PvP battles with rare enchanted sets and the like. It is quite different from CG because sets and enchants influence it quite a lot. It is still PvP, but strategies are very different and very few factions are suited for it.
As I talk to more and more players, I get the impression that there is a lot of appetite in .com for such battles but because of our conservative play styles, we are not able to always experience such battles. Traditionally, players have moved to .ru clans like Any Key or Kingdom. Unfortunately, since you can only experience this in clan PvP, your clan kind of determines whether you will get to play this or not.
There are lots of .com players with very good anti-resists and built castles. They want to try these battles because they give the best fsp ratio (I guess very easy hunts and MG quests would beat them), are fun, free and give CG points as well. But traditionally, because of current clan leadership or difficulty in finding a suitable clan at war or access to sets etc.; it has been very hard to get this experience.
I would like to collect a list of players who are 14+ and want to do such battles. I will take the responsibility of contacting them and suggesting what factions/builds will work for them based on my experience. If there is enough interest, I will also create a chat group for these players and experienced .ru PvP players. I will also take the responsibility of finding you appropriate sets (not guaranteed, but most likely) and I will request folks like Mesh to help in this as well.
It does depend on the clan leadership though, whether you can participate, or not. Leaving clans can be a hard choice because of emotional attachments with other members of the family etc.. I would encourage .com clans to be open to allow members who want to play such battles to go and try these out for some time. If a member chose to join a .com clan, they will likely come back since the reasons that keep them there do not change. I would also encourage .com clans to get involved in wars, they are a lot of fun.
If these clan subsidized (actually free) PVP battles with rare sets and enchants interest you, please comment on this thread. I have complete confidence that if a bunch of noobs in EFL can defend against .ru attacks, together we can be a force to be reckoned with.

I did not want this topic to be clan-specific, hence I did not mention any .com clan. But since a bunch of noobs made me leader of EFL, I will implement my suggestions in EFL. EFL will participate in clan wars since some PvP enthusiasts are too eager to fight and make the clan bankrupt :P And if we can't find war, I am sure we will create war xD Us noobs are good at that. And if a player gets bored of the PvP in EFL, they can leave with my best wishes :) | | +1 | All PvP players are always welcomed here, we try to engage more and more on PvE as well as PvP part of survilurgs. As of untill now, due to low levels I have not been able to try such battles yet, but as a fan of CGs, I always watch all our clan's PvP battles; and its not at all similar like normal CG, indeed its more fun! Who doesn't want to play with max enchant and rare sets ;) ( Which clan provides at 50% of cost )
Can't wait to hit lvl 14 soon to try it myself,
