Right not when we loan someone or gift someone we just need to mention it in the transfer description.
The idea is to make a separate transfer as loan or transfer as gift option to a player.
This way when the limit is broken for either one of them by the rules the transfer would automatically be restricted. This is a good way to implement the rule since it can never be broken. |

You loan player A gold
Player A loans player B the gold |

Can do it, but its not illegal :)
People do it now too, gifting others and just taking back gifts but the lender must trust the player enough to gift him/her. Also there is a limit for gift too so there's nothing wrong with it.. |

| This is because many new people dont read all the rules line by line. So, it can be helpful to ensure that they don't break at least the limit rules for loans and gifts :) |
