Author[UPDATE] Pumping/Underdelivery
The values (the sum of skills) for which "pumping" is determined are increased by an average of + 15%.
Can anyone explain this please.
It's a new update.

These are nothing. Ignore this.
:D
I believe, if you were say 30% pumped, will be ~15% pumped now.
a character is pumped when the total fsp is of that character is more than a certain percentage(now its 15%) above average total fsp of that combat level.
certain percentage(now its 15%)
now increased by 15% not set to 15%.
There is some discussion whether this has already been activated.

Can somebody explain better these numbers? My interpretation:

The first column seems the combat level, even if not clear why it is a decimal number and not round. Moreover CL 3 and 4 (also here you can get pumped) are missing

The second column could be the average FSP of each CL, since it did not change after the update.

The third one could be the famous limit, and indeed it got raised. It was about 1.6 of the average FSP, and it is now about 1.84 (i.e. 15% larger). Afaik when you cross this boundary your xp from a combat is increased by some not completely clear relation of the ratio of your total FSP over the boundary.

I try an example with a hunt I had during the old system, with a total of 523.79 FSP at level 6, and I got 427 xp instead of 420 xp, which means 1.66% more xp.
If I look at the old table, my FSP are 32% more than the boundary while my xp have been increased only by 1.66%, so the formula should be more complicated than a simple proportionality, or the table is wrong (or wrongly interpreted by me)
22 = CL
104653/167446/267913: total faction skill points for that CL

first number: if your FSP is lower , you will get a bonus to FSP per battle
second number: average for CL
third number: if your FSP is higher , you will get a bonus to XP per battle
ok the "." was a separator...

still, anybody knows the math of how much you are pumped when you are above the boundary?
12. 2533/3526/6487
I don't think this is accurate for lvl 12 though.
Because I have 6863.63 fsp but I still get normal exp in hunts(840exp)
I tracked back the last 15 combats until the combat when I was not yet pumped, and from all hunts and ag (9 cases) I can infer a boundary of pumping of:

level 6. 514 +- 1 (before update)

If I take this higher limit w.r.t. to the reported table, it also quite true that the pumping ratio is just proportional to the excess over this limit

So I think that the table is kind of underestimating the values.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
