| My 30 day(4 diamond) is not functioning properly. sometimes the wait is only 10 mins as it should be but most other times it goes back to 20 mins which is not fair because it cost me 4 diamonds to get this license. |

I hope you are talking about this. If I am right then your license is working fine. Because normally during daytime the gap between hunts are 40 mins for your combat level and during night the gap is 20 mins. So your license gives you 20 min gap during daytime (mostly) and 10 mins gap during night ( from server time 0:00 to 6:00). So it's working fine.
