I was wondering "Why cant I cast DR? o___O!"
I checked the Profile of the Monster in "Top Hunters" page, and yes, it showed there.

... But it doesnt show when you press "Control + Click with mouse", in the middle of battle, and can be Missleading (Not much, but meh).
TL/DR: Make "Reactive Armor" of Sailor Devil, show in battle.
It shows in profile of monster, but not in battle.
Just for "Clarity". Its a very "minor" issue, not "emergency" really. | Can't seem to find the thread anymore, but similar issue with another troop.
Basically Bel said it works in html5 so it's fine (can check for yourself, worked fine on my mobile.)
