AuthorCampaign difficulty: Amnitis Mysteries
Amnitis Mysteries is really tough even after the updates where as other two campaigns are comparatively very much easier. has anybody else felt that?
the Amnitis Mysteries is campaign which mostly have hunt styled battle. as most of hunt styled battle, the difficulty can vary greatly depending on the build&strategy.

maybe you can share the battle and we can give feedback.

I don't know what the wise guys will say but how about 1 stack of witches instead of many, so they cast delay on 2 big stacks - bruisers and swashbucklers. Avoid them at all cost. Don't come into their range with minos. Then you could try to use (chastised) harpies to help minos and lizards finish the archers. You can recruit some retal takers instead of those extra stacks of witches or leave two separate units of 1 witch for disruption rays and retal takers. I have no idea if that works, just some food for thought.
Some additional thoughts.

You have a defensive set up, as such your raw damage output is low, this often biases use of poison to add to your damage since this does not scale. As such I would have thought stalkers could be useful for this, useful to neutralise a corner, consider dropping termagants and some minos to get a decent stack of these.

With their shooters they will do relatively minimal damage due to your high defence and confusion, what you therefore need to do is to ensure you take out their melee and avoid their nasty stacks until later. Avoiding the shooters near the bick stack can be useful as it means the AI wil not advance with it, thus keeping a chunk of them from causing damage for a while. Therefore neutralise birds and then spread out to avoid swashbucklers for a bit (morale proc was unpleasant for you) and kill shooters that are accessible. Then regroup on swashbucklers with all remaining army, taking lead with either spiders or harpies.

LAter on it may be run around while harpies whittle down enough to be able to focus with remaining troops.

A pro dark elf player may think differently, I do not pretend to be an expert in them however, just my two pennies worth.
I don't know if this one is the last battle of the campaign, but I'm clueless about how to beat this one.

My first try wasn´t with optimal arts or strategy, but the arts weren't that bad. Is magic build the way to go here?
It is the last battle

You will find a stack of angels that can help you beat it.

So finish the map first and then try again
for Majblomma:

you should unlock the monestary before doing final battle and it will look like this:

Thanks Ektoras and Fallen Atheros. Suddenly it seems a lot easier...
2nd camp must be crazy hard for DE given all the hunts with shooters..
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
