Author[2018.12.26] Day of Haste
Astrologers proclaim the Day of Haste! Only today:

  • All lords and ladies and their creatures get +4 initiative in all duels, group battles, and Commanders' Guild battles.
  • if every gets +4 isn't that basically redundant?
    It was explained already. Compare Iniative 16 shrew and iniative 8 ogre.
    Shrew gets 4 ini aka extra 25 procent iniative.
    Ogre gets 4 aka extra 50 procent iniative.

    Basicly the slower the unit the more it benefits from this.

    Everyone asks the same over n over, but its understandable.

    Probably Benefits Knights/HKs the most?
    Since a decent party of their army has 8 Ini (Swords, and Archers).

    Maybe Dwarves too, many 9 Ini units.
    I see, cheers for the explainations. Also i suppose TG effect is more impactful.

    Since ATB scale is same, spells that apply for a certain number of turns should effectively last longer. De/Buffers should do fine with less spell power.
    Certain effects like hypnosis or poison would also hence last longer, making them much more potent.
    I'm having great success with a defensive Dom of Pain DE build, with max poisoners and minos.
    Poison lasts much longer, so yeahhh.
    Only risks are dwarfs' bears since you don't have shrews to poke, but 67 minos with right strategy can cut through anything.
    Days like these should come more often.
