| I think every faction can make use of it. I wanna see red demons based around mistresses that are now much stronger and will go before other shooters. |

| I think they are considered tier 1, since when we got robbers boots they got a boost, though annoyingly can't find it atm. |

Unsure about elementals, but not really seen a build utilise them. |
