He is treated as a shooter. You can only ranged attack and holding shift doesnt help you melee (it works fine with standart shooters).
Only occurs in HTML.
I also noted that Both Unfettered Cyclops and Tribal Beholders possess toss goblin, yet only Unfettered Cyclops possess shooter. |
| Ok so I investigated that second part. None of em have shooter in unit review, but Cyclops have it in battle screen. |
| After further investigation, I found out that they only gain Shooter ability when theres a commanded goblin stack present. |
| Unfettered cyclop thing is fixed now, locking this. |
