When the Earth Shamans hit my Unicorns, they cast Delay spell via Hexing Attack but Unicorns retaliate.

Is this a bug or a feature?

It's just the mechanism.

If the troop has delay on it before the earth shaman attacks, then the troop doesn't retaliate.
