Hello
I just logged in today after a long absence of the game, and noticed that my extrachar is blocked for multiple characters management rule violation. My extrachar is called RGWarrior. However, I did not break any of these rules that I am aware of. Can somebody tell me why my extrachar is blocked? I would like to see it unblocked, as I followed all guidelines that I am aware of. However, if I broke a rule that I am not aware of, I can live with an explanation as to why my extrachar was blocked, so this doesn't happen again in the future.

RGWarior | Hard to be sure now, as the mods are long gone, but it could be the smithing: sending arts to your main to get them repaired is considered interacting with your main, and there can be no intereaction between main and extra.
You broke these rules:
3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
3.13.3. Additional characters are not allowed to transfer items for repairing or enchanting. | You broke the rules by sending arts between extrachar and main.
