In this battle AI's units have all different bonus % initiative.

Archliches with base 10 initiative has 13.5 meaning 35% initiative bonus.
Apparitions with base 10 initiative also has 13.5 meaning 35% initiative bonus.
Skel bowmen with base 10 initiative has 13.7 meaning 37% initiative bonus.
Vampire counts with base 11 initiative has 15 meaning 36% initiative bonus.
Shadow dragon also with base 11 has 15 meaning 36% initiative bonus.
Death heralds also with base 11 initiative has 15.1 meaning 37% initiative bonus.

Why do almost all of them have different % bonus? This should not be the case.
Also I with faction skill 13, thief guild 10 and best shop artifacts have 31.8% initiative bonus. How does an AI necro get 35-37% bonus, what the AI has thiefsguild at level 15+? If that is the case then this game is broke.
This is quite a strange post

When you give numbers to computers they do weird things in the calculations. For the 35-37% It doesn't seem impossible that these are just strange rounding errors. I'm impressed you even noticed.

As for the AI guy having more init this doesn't seem that unusual. The AI often has much higher stats than human counterparts, the game isn't broken.
Just discussed in clan chat, seems the delta is probably because of creature armaments. You can see them if you ctrl + double click. The archliche doesn't have one, death herald has +2 etc.
And here I thought the armaments were just for us, it's just more buffs for the AI, just like some AI get all three clan bonuses as well. Great.
