| I meant to say, that the difference in this is that you get less silver than is normally the case, so did not want to automatically assume this, especially in light of observations of players not going for silver. |
| Ok, was tempted by 38 hydras, thought to myself, surely they must be worth 10 strength each to make them equivalent to silver. No, they are worth 6 strength each, did myself out of about 160 silver with that decision. Well, at least I learned something for sure, and on that level it was worth it. I like experimenting and learning things, strange that given what I do. |
Well I enjoyed it, was fun trying to push the boundary of how high you could beat earlier on, nice playing tight battles. Should have got a touch higher for various reasons, some poor choices very early on of troops, that I never used and meant inefficient progression to begin with. Still, good enough for the likes of me.

Currently placed at 755, hope to finish in top 1000. Not too bad for my first time seeing this event.
Final army was 51 Thunderbirds, 15 Archangels, 58 Ironroot Treefolk, 148 Grandmaster Bowmen, 355 Elite Crossbowmen, 27 Dark Sybils, and 53 Patriarchs.
I also had big stacks of boar riders, gremlin engineers, modern golems, sky shamans, and skeletal bowmen in reserve. This was a lot of fun. |

Hmn, big fat chest of gold (120k) and a good sword. Still got an 80/80 sword even though placed 430.
I can imagine therefore that the abundance of high, but not 90/90 arts may devalue the top ones slightly, though since I will keep it I am not that bothered! |
| I feel slightly worse now I have found out that someone got a 90/90 sword for only 300 army strength more than me. A difference the size of the mistakes I made, ho hum! |

| My final strength was 24,336 placed at 320 and I got the 90/90 arts. My feeling is that they rewarded top 3 of each CL with 90 arts no matter of their final position or strength. |

These events is profit for me 100 battle with 40+ AP cost around 750-850 per battle.
Get 63k from chest. 80/80 sword might sell for 20k and dark cloak 40+ sell 8-10k each |

did 99 battles at 36 AP, 650 gpb
got back direct 62.4k, there's a bunch of potions and some parts as well, not to mention a 74/74 sword
decent profit :D |
