Hi, now many players open or use clans just to send group messages. That should not be main reason to open and use clans.
Would be good to add to mailbox group messages without the need to make clans. You could invite someone to a group by sending request to opt in. If accepted player would be added. Player could resign (opt out) any time.
Details of mechanics up to admins to suit rest of the game the best. There could be some low admin fee (such as 100 gold) for sending opt-in request to avoid overusing this function. Player could also mark on profile setting page "Do not want to receive opt-in mails". |

Seems like a pretty easy win. Currently players resort to outside communication such as skype/discord. When the game has a website for daily news and even a radio station it's a bit strange that the in game communication is so limited. |
