Just faced a Boss of Dark Elf where the army utilized Tactics talent.

I believe this is an error, considering Boss of 'n' normally don't use Tactics. (ref: https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?lt=-1&warid=1083176859&html5=1)

If this isn't an error, then maybe we ought have consistency across all battles under the same type.

Not a bug, not a lack of consistency either. Different factions, different set up.
