CE neither have magic or sorcery talents not high level spells
I think this is to balance the extra sp they get in compared to other mage factions
Also the X-Factor of CE is not magic but attack and speed |
| If you have seen an 18+ charmer elf in enchanted dark or imperial arts you would never wish they had mass spells. It would break high level pvp instantly. |
