Repair service - 90% (maximum in the game).
1) Standard service: 101% cost (best for non priority repairs during non-event days). The more % the faster the queue will be.
2) Event service: 103% cost. The more % the faster the queue will be.
3) Diamond service: arts will be repaired immediatly, in this case sent an IGM to talk about the cost.
