| I see how strict policies on forums and in game are in this game ,and I kind joined a clan and I thought due to a reason that people are not violating any rules here especially when you are in a clan in this game people follow honor and justice rules, apparently not , ,,Белоусов Ваня""(https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7930091) <link to his profile asked me to lend him some gold like(were in the same clan) like a clan mate but 38k gold and I was like ok he is high level following rules not banned so I just tried to be nice to a clan mate and lend him this gold he said hell return it in couple of hours already days had been gone I m writing him and he is literally not responding he even had me on block you can check in my sent logs that I gave it as a debt even. idk wtf is going on with people being rats I literally checked his account he had 400k gold at some point and then he has 0 now again and he is not even responding or even trying to give it back. id like him to get banned or idk what justice system is here I m just rly sad that even high level players tend to behave like rats...here I literally changed my mind over people in this game...0 honor. shame .idk if I m gonna get this gold back or not I just want justice. |

| If you bothered to read instead of typing in a fit of rage you would've noticed that the rule states that the player will be punished 1 month after the loan transaction. You will not get your money back. Before this 1 month period, if he pays you back in full, it will be like this incident never happened. |

3.1. It is forbidden to beg, blackmail or to extort money from players (game finance, real finance).
If someone begs you for gold, you can forward that mail to insults. And they will impose a penalty |

No one is blaming you, we're all players and empathize with the situation you're in. We are just providing you with sections of the ToS that are relevant to your case for your understanding. If you feel like the admins are the ones blaming you because of the ToS then yea maybe they are, but they have their reasons to implement those rules, to begin with.
He is not walking free, he will be penalized. At least by the rules stated in ToS, action will be taken after 1 month or maximally when someone has reviewed your complaint. Be patient, justice will be served probably. Maybe steer clear from the copious amounts of self-victimization and insults to "Белоусов Ваня" and provide only details that are relevant in another forum post, that should speed up the process.
Just take it as a lesson learned to never lend money to people unless you're okay with losing all the money. This is actually a very valuable life lesson that you are fortunate enough to learn in a game rather than in real life. To me, it's a big win. |

- especially not to low levels as there is a high chance they don't care about their account (11 is not a high level lol)
- ESPECIALLY not to people that have negative roulette record (that includes people that don't show their roulette bets) (Белоусов Ваня: Roulette bets total: 27,259,000; Roulette winnings total: 26,809,500)
- honestly just not to people you don't know in general
- also being in a clan is not an indicator whether someone follows rules
About his punishment:
- Others have mentioned already that without specifying the duration of the lease in the transfer log, 1 month needs to pass until you can write in this forum section for punishment.
- Also I found this sentence in your clan description: "Просьба игроку этого клана занять вам (несмотря на то что вам дали или не дали кредит) -> сразу исключение", translator: "Request a player of this clan to borrow you (despite the fact that you were given or not given a loan) -> immediate exclusion". Could be a misunderstanding but I think if you write to your clan leader about that person he will probably get kicked out of your clan.
As the game won't give you your money back in case someone doesn't repay you, it's probably best to only lend to people you communicate on a regular basis and I agree that the responses you got here were pretty cold( |
