I try to see it as more noobs = better.
Assuming you yourself are not in the noob category then your team has 1 slot available for a noob to join and the enemy has 2 slots. Annoying when you get one on your team but there is a double chance of an enemy noob which gives you the opportunity to steamroll.
Statistically the more guys who turn up in bad arts, with bad guilds, low faction skill etc. the higher your own win rate. |

it doesn't work like that
there is a difference if the player has low rating:
- because he doesn't give a damn about which artifacts he wears or which skill level he has -> hence low win rate, simply because of stats disproportions
- doesn't use brain to play the game
those two categories are different, if admin impose more strict rules for CG application, the number of frustrated players will be lower.
What you propose is just sit there for 30-40 minutes, frustrated as hell, and wait while the enemy team destroys you, this is not fun and never will be. It works the other way around too, there is little fun in rushing a player who has 10-15 stats less than you
