It would be quite a big change. They are strong but not too overpowered in my opinion.

There isn't easy way to do that. Each faction has their counters. Lot of factions can beat tribal. Just because they are strong against tribals, it doesn't justify to make them weaker even further.
After MT, there would be adjustments in strength and it is very likely tribal will see more nerfs as they still powerful |

I am not sure, so far, the only ones that have 100% win rate are knights and 1 elf on 15 lvl, should knights and elves be nerfed on lvl 15?

They are strong but not too overpowered in my opinion.
They should be removed because they're not fun to play against, not because they're too strong.
Getting your units stolen and used against you is an utter pain. |
