I am very close to being able to do 5X12 on jewelry but I have no jewelry to enchant. If you send me jewelry to enchant (a ring, Necklace, or cape), I will roll back 5 elements of each type for a 11% enchantment.
If you are interested in more than x11; I can take the Jewelry to x11 and then it will be quicker for a 5x12 skilled Smith to finish the artifact.
Fern Flowers are needed for each new enchant and increase with each enchantment added. A full enchantment requires 2+4+6+8+10 = 30 Fern Flower.
A 5x11 Jewelry enchant requires the following:

37 Windflower (Send only 32)
37 Tiger's Claw (Send only 32)
Earth x11:
37 Meteorite Shard (Send only 32)
