The general idea is to make repairs less of a hassle. Similar to how it is streamlined in clan depositories. Something like:
1. Your artifact breaks
2. You post a "lot" saying you are willing to pay X% of the repair cost to a blacksmith to repair it (with a specified minimum level of smith's guild).
3. The blacksmiths can see a list of requests and accept one they like when their smithy is free.
4. They receive the gold, the art goes into repairs.
5. Once done, the art is returned to the owner.

Economics 101 basically forces everyone to go 101% tho | | i could get on board with this, would allow me an option to not duamond rush 50+ arts every 2 weeks or so. |
