As this is an international community, I would like to read about culture shocks you have experienced in real life or in games. I mentioned culture shocks, but interesting cultural differences or anecdotes would also be welcome.
I don’t travel much, but even within my country I have experienced or heard about culture shocks between different states. Example: In some southern states, weddings last seven days, and they use the word for turkey that we use in Jalisco, Mexico to refer to the "D".
